Seattle Pie now at Metro Market | Business

We've written about Magnolia's Seattle Pie Company before so we're thrilled learn they're now available at all six Metropolitan Market locations.

Pie-baker Alyssa Lewis and her husband, Patrick, started the bakery café at 3111 West McGraw in mid-July, with Alyssa and her baking team are at the ovens at 4:30 a.m. Sales have exceeded their expectations.

Alyssa told KOMO's Brian Gregory that they do about 3,000 pies a month and the Metro Market deal will add 6,000 more.
      
Seattle Pie Company is expanding into a 1,000 square foot commercial space next door to their café in order to meet the new production needs. That location will also be used for upcoming gourmet baking classes and special events

This is a berry crumb pie they brought to the studio today... before the KOMO radio folks got to it! See below for the current status.
