Emmer & Rye, a new restaurant from chef Seth Caswell (formerly of Stumbling Goat), will be taking over the Julia's space on top of Queen Anne.
The deal is expected to be signed Wednesday.
In other news, Seth says his last Tuesday night supper at Art of the Table will likely be tomorrow.
